Float Type Auto Drain

Auto drain filter are equipped with a float actuated device which automatically ejects liquid contaminates when the liquid level in the bowl reaches a predetermined height the float (F) opens a pilot valve (V) this admits air above the piston (P) thus causing the drain valve (D) to open ( fig. 1A) the liquid is expelled by air pressure to a drain where upon the float closes the pilot valve and so the drain valve. For draining manually turn the brass /plastic knob coming out anti-clock wise slightly.

ISTALLATIONN :

Auto drain assembly is easily interchangeable with the manual drain if supplied in a kit form SI-AD P3 ( Fig . 2) the auto drain can be installed by simply removing the manual drain cock from the bowl and reassemble the auto drain as shown in ( fig.3 )
